In this video, you will learn how to build a web app for drug discovery in Python using the Streamlit library. In essence, the web app is an interactive catalog of FDA-approved drugs that displays the chemical structure of the molecule along with their molecular properties.
Particularly, the app will allow us to filter molecules by their molecular properties (Lipinski’s descriptors consisting of molecular weight, solubility (LogP), number of hydrogen bond donors and number of hydrogen bond acceptors).
